Will the recipient know who sent their certificate?
When you check the box 'ship to different address' at checkout, we put our own return address on it. There's no way the recipient will know who sent them a certificate unless you tell them!
Which carrier do you ship with?
All orders are shipped through Canada Post and ship on the next business day after ordering.
Most items arrive within 2-8 business days after shipping. Some could take longer during times of high demand.
What if I don't like my certificate?

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll refund your money. Just email us at admin@certificatesforanything.com with your order number.
